- The customer agrees to all terms and conditions stated before the customer makes an order.
- The customer agrees that every order is binding, reaching as far as legal laws allow until the end of the stated payment term.
Fair use:
- The customer agrees to use the services in a fair way, and to never use the services to break the law, or to abuse our network or others.
- The customer agrees that Liberty Servers is not responsible for the actions taken by the customer on any of the products ordered at Liberty Servers.
- The customer understands that all communication between Liberty Servers and the customer is confidential, and can never be shared publicly unless approved by both parties.
Cancellation:
- Cancellations of products from Liberty Servers need to be done at least 7 days before the end of the payment term.
Other:
- Liberty Servers has the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
- Liberty Servers is not responsible for mistakes made by the customer.
- Grammatical or typing errors might exist on this site, Liberty Servers believes all information on this site is perfectly readable and should be understood very easy. The customer agrees to this.
A refund policy exists according to the local Dutch law, wich is a 7 days money back guarantee with no questions asked*
All pricing on the site is excluding 19% VAT wich applies to EU citizens, unless a valid VAT number is provided.
*A refund policy does not apply in the case of abuse, and does only apply if proven that Liberty Servers is infact not able to deliver the service they promised.
